Dora Bramlett recently visited Ozark Health for a total knee replacement by Dr. Hank Wallace. Dora is no stranger to hometown healthcare. After growing up in Shirley, Arkansas she worked in the medical field for 40 years. During Dora’s stay at Ozark Health, she was one of the first patients to receive our new “Admission Kit.”  Dora said in all her years of healthcare in the surrounding medical institutions she, “had never witnessed this nice of a gift given to patients upon admission.”

All new patients admitted to Ozark Health now receive a tote bag containing upgraded toiletries and other items related to their stay. In the bag patients will find a welcome letter, list of important phone numbers, and a large print TV Channel guide. We also provide handouts with helpful information about our facility’s services that may be needed after discharge. In addition to those items, patients receive a spa quality robe and a hotel grade pillow to use during their stay. After wearing her robe for in-house therapy, Dora said the robe felt high quality and made her feel more comfortable walking down the hallways. Our goal is to make all patients, like Dora, feel more at home while they are here and receive the care they deserve.

By providing this service we hope all patients feel more confident and comfortable in our facility. As a community business we wish everyone good health, but if you need healthcare, we are here. Our goal is to provide outstanding healthcare, the best customer service, and to make each patient feel confident in choosing Ozark Health as their community healthcare provider.
